A familiar face is gracing Frederick Avenue once again. As part of the fountain restoration project “No Turning Back” has been reinstalled and the fountain flows once again!

Created by artist Veryl Goodnight this pioneer represents all who traveled through our little river town on the way West. As one of the last bastions of civilization, once you left St. Joseph…there really was no turning back.

Right now Krug Park looks a little bit different…as construction continues to progress toward the completion of the beautifully planned garden theater and castle upgrades.

We cannot wait to see the final form that this perfect natural amphitheater takes…but we honestly aren’t mad about the current unobstructed view of the pond.
