24 different college teams were tasked with building a quarter-scale tractor throughout the school year, only being provided an engine and tires. Details in the comments.

Tech-In, Design Judging, Pork Fry, oh my!

It's been an eventful first two days of competition. Most teams have made it through technical inspections, and today they got to present their tractors in static judging. And then we all finished the day with our annual pork fry and sponsor booths!

Tomorrow is oral presentations, maneuverability, durability, and X-team pulls. Wish the teams luck as we start performance events!!

It's throwback Thursday!

Back in 2007, our committee member and past chair Michael Holland competed in the IQS competition on Purdue University's team and had a very special spectator - his 6 week old son John. John is now a freshman at Purdue competing in his first year of Quarterscale! We've gone multigenerational!
