What the community should be saying is something similar to, âThat looks fantasticâ, âThanks to the voters who approved this for our kidsâ, âThe rain hasnât been kind to the contractors, but I know all the fields will be greatâ, or anything something similar
Instead, half the comments on the St. Joseph School District post are negative. Leesa Foresee RN, just be quiet. You arenât in any way the expert you think you are. Whether it be turf field, the Daikin heat pumps or building usage, you ChatGPT to even state a point. Trust me, you can clearly tell when you ChatGPT vs. when you donât. You create your own narrative with the research you do, which Iâll give you credit, you do your research, but itâs only what you find that helps your narrative. You donât pay taxes, so just stop. You are negative on any school district post, city post, county post, or fair ground post. Once again, your non-existent taxes arenât funding anything.
To the other trolls, just leave, please. You are the problem in this community. âThe NFL is going away from turf because of the injuries and concussions and here we are putting our kids in dangerâ, âI canât wait for the lawsuitsâ- Yes, the best athletes in the world are doing away from it because of what they can do on a field. I hate to break it to anyone, our kids arenât world class athletes, their injuries are going to happen regardless.
And the money, aka Bond Funded. If you even understood the concept of bonding, it would make sense. Bond money can ONLY be used for capital projects. If you lose it, yes, your taxes will go down, but good luck in this town getting a bond issue passed when we become in dire need. They continually have to use the bonding capacity, or they lose it. They are continually paying down the bond, aka âloanâ, in order to continually run bonds on the ballot, that are known as âno tax increase bondsâ.
We wonder why families arenât coming to St. Joseph. Well, any family who cares is going to do a little research on the school district and waalaa, look at the comments on this post. Why would anyone want to build their family here when the comments about something great, are so negative?
I could go on, but the ones who care will already know this information and the trolls will say Iâm wrong.
With that being said, thank you! Thank you to the voters who allowed this to happen and that grey on grey with each school getting their color scheme in will look great đĽ, regardless if a high school or middle school is using it.
