👻🎃 Thank you very much to Banana Knots for coming in to teach a Macramé class. The residents had an absolute blast and it put us ahead of the game with our Halloween decorating! 🎃👻

Macramé improves dexterity. The repetitive motion of knotting helps maintain finger flexibility and fine motor skills. It is also gentle on joints. Unlike knitting or crochet, macramé does not require holding tight needles or small hooks, making it much easier for seniors with arthritis.😍💪🏻

This was SUCH a fun afternoon with lots of smiles going around!
