For those who don’t know, Steve (my husband) does luxury home tour videos. I was blessed to help on a recent episode showcasing the 1887 Nunning Home located in St. Joseph, MO.

One of the most unusual amenities to this real estate is the tunnel located 30’ below ground that connected to an 1800’s brewery. It’s one-of-a-kind beer history AND one-of-a-kind luxury. Definitely a feature that will capture old home and beer enthusiasts alike. Premiering on Youtube on Black Friday!!!

"Tunnel" are mentioned 181 times in the Epstein Files, and it made me do a deep dive. Many of the references to "tunnels" point to evidence that Epstein had subterranean spaces, basements, and small tunnel-like areas on his Little Saint John Virgin Island property.

The location of the tunnels under or near the blue-and-white temple reveal the structure had staircases leading downward and ventilation features that could suggest a basement or underground access.

Epstein's use of these tunnels fits with his broader pattern of creating private, controlled spaces on the island, both to keep certain areas hidden from visitors or staff and to maintain total control over movement within the estate. It has not been revealed what Epstein used the tunnels for, many conspiracy narratives suggest sinister purposes.

Some verified sources indicate the tunnels had a utility purpose: hid wires, and ongoing construction. But the tunnels also allow Epstein to maintain secrecy over the estate's layout and what happened on that island.
