We NEED in town volunteers. Without your help, GDRQ will no longer be able to do rescues. We did this same rescue last year and their were complications. Everyone jumped and said we will help on the next one. Easter came, we posted the rescue and literally 7 people have helped with the feeding at one location. A local business Red Dog Boarding jumped in immediately and Concho Animal Advocates as well. All the reacues are drowning and we need your help.

Grateful doesn't seem to cover it.... Northern Arizona Animal Search and Rescue did us a solid by providing us with dog food to take care of our current rescues. Tails of Love Rescue met up with NAASAR and picked up for us both. Truth be told Tails of Love donated some to us too. Rescues working together ❤️

Look at that massive smile! 😍 Titan truly had a fantastic daycation with a wonderful family, and his face says it all.

He started off a little bit shy of the leash, but it didn't take long for him to get the hang of it and have the absolute best time! We are so incredibly grateful to this amazing family for giving him a break from the shelter and filling his day with love, adventure, and pure joy. Seeing him this happy makes all the difference in the world!

Good Dog Rez‑Q is excited to launch Doggie Daycation — a chance for our community to take one of our amazing pups out for a fun, relaxing mini‑adventure.

We have dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities, and every single one of them benefits from a few hours of fresh air, new sights, and one‑on‑one love.

❤️ Why Doggie Daycation Matters
A short outing helps our dogs:

Build confidence in new environments

Practice leash skills and manners

Enjoy enrichment and mental stimulation

Show their true personalities outside the rescue

Get better photos and stories for adoption posts

🐾 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Help Us Raise the Next Generation of Rescue Pups! 🐾

GDRQ Good Dog Rez-Q is looking for dedicated animal lovers to join our hands-on volunteer team! We have a rotating group of adorable puppies and dogs staying at a private residence while they prepare for their forever foster and adoptive homes. To give them the best start, we need consistent help three times a day. (Just like we did with the Greer Fire)

📍 Location: Private Residence (in the town of Saint Johns, AZ ). Please note: This is a volunteer site only, NOT a dog drop-off location.

🗓️ Daily Shifts AvailableEvery shift will have an experienced Team Lead on-site to guide you. You can sign up for one or multiple slots!

Morning Shift (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM): Fresh air, breakfast, and early playtime.

Afternoon Shift (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM):
Mid-day socialization, grooming, and mental stimulation.

Evening Shift (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Dinner, final walks, and winding down for bed.

🚶‍♀️ 🚶‍♂️What You Will Be Doing

🐾 Puppy Socialization: Play with puppies to build their confidence.
🐾 Basic Training: Help dogs practice commands like sit, stay, and leash walking.
🐾 Exercise: Take dogs for structured walks.

🐾 Grooming: Brush coats to keep them clean, healthy, and looking their best.

🐾 Love & Attention: Give them the human affection they need to thrive.

Puppy adoption update: This little girl was found under a burnt down building in town. Thanks to the efforts of Ramone, her her siblings and mama were all rescued. We love getting updates on our adopted and fostered friends.

Her name is Ivory and she is so sweet. She is acclimating well.
