Coach Brown’s journey into coaching is rooted in one powerful mission: helping young athletes realize that no matter their size or background, they are capable of achieving what the world says they can’t. For him, football is a vehicle to teach life—resilience, confidence, and purpose.
His philosophy is simple but impactful: it’s all about the players. From mental and spiritual growth to physical development, Coach Brown is committed to shaping well-rounded young men and leaving a lasting impact that goes far beyond the field.
With an impressive 106–16 record, and experience at multiple programs—including head coaching and coordinator roles—he brings both leadership and heart to the Bears. But what truly sets him apart? His understanding that for many players, this team is more than a sport—it’s a safe space, a support system, and a place to grow.
