Our first wall ball session is tonight at Nesaquake Middle School.

K-2nd Grade will practice from 6-7p.m.
3rd-4th Grade will practice from 7-8 p.m.
5th-8th Grade will practice from 8-9 p.m.

Please have players bring lacrosse sticks, mouthguard and goggles and wear sports sneakers.

Uniform sizing!

UNIFORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO TRY ON FOR THE SPRING SEASON THIS MONDAY AND NEXT MONDAY 11/4. PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO HAVE YOUR DAUGHTER COME TRY ON A UNIFORM EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN WALL BALL. NO UNIFORM EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED.

Smithtown Girls Lacrosse will be offering a Monday night lacrosse clinic for the K-8th grade (September grade). The clinic will be starting July 9th and continue for a total of 5 weeks. The clinic will be from 6pm to 730 pm and will be held at either the Smithtown West or EastTurf Field. Final location to be determined. The cost will be $70. All girls are encouraged to take advantage of this. Also please forward this email to any Smithtown friends who have shown an interest in lacrosse. We will have several trainers as well as involvement from the intramural coaches and high school players.
