Standing with our neighbors in times of need

The CFS Foundation, with support from the Land O'Lakes Foundation, is proud to support the Watonwan County Food Shelf, now known as Neighborhood Pantry.

With a growing demand for services, this organization is helping feed more than 600 families—over 2,100 individuals—across communities including Madelia, St. James, Butterfield, Windom, and Fairmont. Entirely donation-funded, their work is critical in ensuring families have access to the food they need.

As they say, “let’s make hunger history.” We’re proud to be part of that effort—supporting families and strengthening the communities we serve.

For those locally that use Ruby's Pantry

In a message shared with supporters, the organization said it had spent the past several months “realigning the work, structure, and focus” of Ruby’s Pantry to keep its mission at the center of its efforts and better align community needs with its operations.

“As a result, we have decided to end the operations of Ruby’s Pantry effective immediately,” the message said.
