Did you know? ๐Ÿง

June is Alzheimerโ€™s & Brain Awareness Month, a time to learn about the signs of Alzheimerโ€™s disease and the importance of maintaining brain health.

Healthy habits like staying physically active, eating nutritious foods, getting quality sleep, and staying socially connected can help support overall brain health.

Knowledge is power. Join us in raising awareness and supporting those affected by Alzheimerโ€™s and other dementias.

The celebration of this incredible Bridges & Beyond season continues! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’™

Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici to one of our Bridges & Beyond events. It was an amazing opportunity to share the impactful work being done right here in Columbia and Clatsop Counties to support youth, families, and our communities.

Throughout this year's school tour, we connected with more than 1,200 youth and family members, providing education, resources, and meaningful conversations around prevention, healthy relationships, coping skills, and overall wellness.

We are incredibly grateful to our school districts, community partners, families, youth, volunteers, and staff who helped make this season such a success. Your support and commitment are what make this work possible.

Thank you for believing in our youth and investing in stronger, healthier communities. We can't wait to see what we accomplish together next year! ๐Ÿ’™โœจ
