Yesterday was move in day to the auditorium at the high school. We were able to get a backdrop hung several set pieces started and set construction plan for the next weekend.
Shannon and Finch just had a sewing marathon. 2 aprons, 7 blouses, 1 vest, and modified 2 shirts, a vest and a skirt in 14 hours. A small dent but a good dent for the whole weekend.
Got to love the volunteers.

Since the last fabric post. 19 yards turned into 6 blouses. Made one wedding veil and 6 head covers for sabbath along with many more new elastic and replacing bad zippers. Oh, can't for get the volunteers crocheting the head covers and shawls.

Fiddler on The Roof is well on it's way. Rehearsals have begun. Set designs are being created and yamakas are being crocheted. We need 25 and we have 7 more left to be made.

Importance of Being Earnest. The kids are in rehearsal, the final paint is being applied to the set, lights and sound cues. These kids have worked so hard. We have volunteers here, at the theater today helping with clean up, sewing tears in stage curtains and giving the kids encouragement.
