📢 Rural Utah Providers: Learn About New Value-Based Care Support!

Utah is investing Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) funds to help rural hospitals, clinics, FQHCs, RHCs, and Tribal health providers build the capabilities needed to succeed in value-based care.

Support may include technical assistance, shared services, and direct financial support for participating rural providers, with a focus on:
✅ Care coordination
✅ Data analytics
✅ Coding and documentation
✅ Quality improvement
✅ Payer contracting

The Rural Health Association of Utah (RHAU) is hosting an informational webinar to explain the program, explore available support, and share how rural organizations can participate.
