A BIG step forward for the arts in Southern Utah!

The SUPA Foundation presented a $34,680,000 donation to Utah Tech University to support the renovation of Cox Auditorium.

Alyce and Maestro Lucas Darger, along with fellow founding partners, helped establish the SUPA Foundation with a shared vision.

This milestone represents more than a renovation. It’s an investment in music, the arts, education, and the future of our community.

We’re grateful to everyone who has helped make this vision a reality and excited for what’s ahead! ✨

A NIGHT AT THE OSCARS WITH ERIC RIGLER

Get ready for an unforgettable night of movie music with the man behind the soundtracks.

Southwest Symphony presents A Night at the Oscars with Eric Rigler on October 23 & 24 at the America First Performing Arts Center.

Eric Rigler, one of the most recorded pipers in history, has helped bring some of Hollywood’s most iconic movie moments to life. Now, he’s joining Southwest Symphony for an evening featuring music from films like:

Opening night at the America First Performing Arts Center was everything we hoped it would be—and more.

We were blessed to attend the Grand Opening concert at the newly renovated AFPAC where we will be performing. The acoustics are stunning! This state-of-the-art concert hall is going to lift the symphony to new heights beginning with our Season Opener featuring Steven Sharp Nelson! We hope to see you there!

🎶 AUDITIONS ARE OPEN! 🎶

Join the Southwest Symphony for Rob Gardner’s Lamb of God!
We are seeking talented vocalists for both choir and soloist roles in this powerful production, with performances on April 2 & 3, 2027.

Choir auditions: Submit a 1-minute video of an accompanied solo piece.
Soloist auditions: Audition for the specific role you wish to be considered for. The first round will be video submissions, followed by in-person callbacks for selected applicants.

📅 Audition Deadline: September 11, 2026
Rehearsals begin January 20, 2027.

The Southwest Symphony Chorale invites talented vocalists to audition for our upcoming production of Rob Gardner’s oratorio, Lamb of God. We are seeking all choral parts, soloists, and narrators. Rehearsals will begin Wednesday January 20, 2027. Auditions must be submitted by August 29, 2026.
