A Cohousing community is an intentionally designed neighborhood that facilitates collaborative, sustainable ways of living. Saint George Cohousing is a newly forming group, sill open for culturally creative people who want to participate in designing and building their own neighborhood with these core characteristics:

Common house for weekly dinner-gatherings
Balance between privacy and public sp

ace through privately owned homes (20-25 units) and shared guest and common spaces
Pedestrian oriented
Green living principles
A culture of sharing and caring
Support children growing
Support aging process
Integrate short or long term care on site


We are meeting once a month, starting to form a core group and accessing sites and land opportunities.
