Help us restock our shelves!

Every day, Switchpoint relies on essential supplies to serve individuals and families in our community. Your donations can make a meaningful difference.

We’re currently in need of paper and disposable supplies for our Shelter & Kitchen, as well as clean plastic grocery bags and sturdy boxes for our Pantry.

Whether you donate a few items or rally your business, church, volunteer group, or community organization to host a drive, your support helps us keep these everyday essentials stocked and ready for those we serve.

What a morning. 🧡

We’re still feeling so grateful after our Gather For Good Fundraiser!

To everyone who joined us, donated, and came together to support Switchpoint, thank you. It was pretty special to see so many people in one room showing up for our mission and our community.

Of course, a morning like this takes a lot of people to make happen. A huge thank you to the Dixie Convention Center for hosting us and to all of our amazing sponsors who helped make Gather For Good possible.

We also had the incredible David Toole, New York Times featured performer and current Jean Valjean at Tuacahn, join us for a special performance. And a big thank you to Mikey Foley from Mikey and the Mrs for keeping the morning moving and bringing plenty of energy as our emcee!

Most of all, thank you to everyone who showed up for Switchpoint. Every donation, every conversation, and every bit of support helps us continue the work we do in our community.

We’re still counting the donations, and we are so grateful for the generosity we’ve seen from this community. 🧡 But the work doesn’t stop here, and we still need your help.

Last Thursday’s grand opening of Switchpoint Red Hills was a meaningful moment for our city.

This new facility represents the very best of St. George. It conveys compassion, accountability and a shared commitment to helping people take the next step toward stability and independence.

I am grateful to the Switchpoint team: Carol Hollowell and her staff, volunteers, donors, contractors and community partners who made this vision a reality.

As our city grows, we must continue investing in thoughtful solutions that support our neighbors during vulnerable moments.

Switchpoint Red Hills will bless lives, strengthen families and uplift our community for years to come.

Yesterday was a special day as we officially cut the ribbon on Switchpoint Red Hills!

Red Hills provides 110 new units of affordable, supportive housing, creating a place where individuals can find stability, connection, and a foundation for what comes next.

This opening represents so much more than a renovated building. It represents 110 opportunities for people to have a safe place to call home and the support they need to move forward.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring Red Hills to life and joined us to celebrate this milestone.

This week, the Switchpoint Tooele Food Pantry received a generous truckload of food thanks to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, JustServe, and America250.

This donation will help support families in Tooele County and provide resources to additional food pantries throughout Tooele and the Salt Lake Valley.

It was incredible to see community members, volunteers, church leaders, and city leaders come together in service.

As Mayor Manzione shared, “By partnering with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, America 250, Just Serve, and Switchpoint, we are making this community better.”

Last week, we hosted Project BRIDGE at our West Valley overflow shelter in partnership with Tyler Clancy and the Utah Office of Homeless Services.

Organizations from across the community came together to provide legal resources, employment support, behavioral health services, recovery resources, and more for individuals staying at overflow and others in the community seeking support.

Project BRIDGE is about meeting people where they are and helping connect them to the next step forward.

As our Overflow Site Manager, Lanny Outcalt, shared: “It gives them hope and inspiration that where they are is not where they have to stay.”

We are grateful to every community partner who showed up ready to serve, support, and make a difference. Real change happens through collaboration, compassion, and connection. 🤝

The Switchpoint Community Kitchen in St. George is heading into a busy holiday weekend and they urgently need help keeping supplies stocked so they can continue serving meals to our community. 🧡

Current needs include:
• Paper napkins
• Plastic water cups
• Cereal bowls
• Plastic forks & spoons
• To-go containers

Every donation helps ensure meals can continue reaching individuals and families in need throughout the holiday weekend.
