Meet Morgan, Care Manager at Access Foundation.

As a Care Manager, Morgan helps guide individuals through the intake process while providing support, accountability, and resources as they begin their recovery journey. His lived experience allows him to connect with residents in a real and meaningful way; offering encouragement rooted in understanding, growth, and hope.

“Having lived in the house myself, Access Foundation became the place where I built accountability and learned to create the boundaries that define my life today. It’s more than a workplace…it’s family. That experience allows me to lead others with genuine lived experience and understanding.”

Outside of work, you’ll usually find him outdoors canyoneering, riding dirt bikes through the desert, or spending time with his daughters and fiancée.

“What makes this work meaningful is being able to walk alongside people as they rebuild their lives. Recovery is possible, and having a strong support system can make all the difference.”
