Hey IDP Fam…..I just want to thank everyone who showed up and participated in the bash this year! Special thanks to everyone that donated….some of you gave more than you share and I thank you for that! Also a super special thanks to Trematice (Mick) who played a very important part in making this happen! Leslie Coates for the designing and making Bash tshirts! Brandon Lee (DJ Khaos) …..and Essie Customs (spacewalk) Bobby Coates and Bobby Coates Cement Finishing LLC you make it happen every time! One call that’s all! You come through for me EVERYTIME!

BASH NEWS!

1. This Saturday, June 22nd @12:00 @ the WF Park

2. There will be a large parking area…NO PARKING in tent area!

3. GRILLS ARE WELCOME (NO open flames) DO NOT dispose of coals on Park Property

4. Bring tents, tables, chairs, fans, etc…..

5. Please make sure children are supervise if you choose to go to the splash pad. (That’s in another area of the park)

6. Stay hydrated and wear sunscreen!

7. Knuckles Snowball shop will be selling snowballs at the Bash!

Bash fees due by June 8th…..Fees will be used to secure location…..bounce houses and games for kids….and entertainment (DJ etc…)

2024 Bash Info:

1. Date:June 22,2024 12:00pm-7:00pm
2. Location: WF Park
3. $20- individuals
$60 families of 3 or more (no families are combined)
Adults 65 over (free)
Cash app Zee- $zeevessell
Or Zelle Mick- you can use her number (225) 245-0334 to make payments
4. Due to reduction in cost…Everyone opted to cook for their families (just like last year)
5. Bring your Tents, tables, fans, chairs
6. No open flames…grills can be used
7. There will be a huge parking area…so there will be more room left by the pavilion for tents
