This amazing group of community-minded Chamber members, business leaders, and community supporters made some important decisions at today’s St. Francis Area Chamber of Commerce meeting. After reviewing feedback and discussing plans for the future, we officially voted for the dates for the 2027 Pioneer Days celebration:

🎉 June 4, 5 & 6, 2027 🎉

We also took a few moments to celebrate the tremendous success of the 60th Anniversary Pioneer Days. A special thank you to Sarah from County Market for creating a this fun cake that allowed us to enjoy cake for breakfast!

We were thrilled to have 36 people in attendance, bringing ideas, feedback, and enthusiasm for the future.

The planning for 2027 has already begun, and we can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together!

Both businesses and community members can now join the chamber.
Business Membership is $150 per year.
Community Partner Members $25 per year. This is a great way to get involved in making a positive impact on our community and supporting local businesses.

Now that we've all had a chance to rest up from Pioneer Days, it's time to start planning for next year!

All are welcome to attend the June St. Francis Area Chamber of Commerce meeting as we recap the 2026 Pioneer Days celebration. We'll discuss what worked well, what could be improved, ideas for future events and attractions, and begin planning for 2027—including setting the dates for next year's Pioneer Days.We will also be sharing the official statistics from the 2026 Pioneer Days celebration, including attendance numbers and highlights from this year's 60th Anniversary celebration.

In addition, Chamber members will be voting on the Vice President position and other important Chamber business.

This is your opportunity to share your thoughts and help shape one of our community's biggest traditions.

Chamber members are encouraged to attend, or send a representative from your business, as members will have voting privileges on key decisions.

Not a member yet? We'd love to have you join! You do not need to own a business or work locally to become involved with the Chamber. Business Membership is $150 per year.

Medallion Hunt is underway! 🔍

🕵️‍♂️🔍 Medallion Clue #2 🔍🕵️‍♀️

Clue #2 "Find a lawn full of blooms and fresh air, then turn Southwest from there." 🏆

Clues for the Medallion Hunt will be posted daily on Facebook and on the Chamber website.
Pioneer Days Medallion Hunt Rules
➡️The medallion will be hidden on public property within the St. Francis city limits (at or near ground level).
➡️It may be partially or fully enclosed in another item.
The clues will be posted daily on the St. Francis Area Chamber of Commerce Website and Pioneer Days page.
➡️The first person to find the medallion and bring it to the service counter at King’s County Market in St. Francis will be declared the winner. Winner MUST HAVE A 2026 PIONEER DAYS BUTTON to collect Prize Money.
➡️The winner will need to be available for a photo and prize presentation upon presenting the Medallion.
➡️Please do not call the King’s County Market regarding any questions about the Medallion Hunt… they will not be able to answer.

Team Work makes the Dream Work! 💪🇺🇸

Today 25+ Chamber members gathered at the Legion to stuff envelopes for the residents along the Pioneer Days parade route. Watch your mail soon! 📬

If you live on the parade route, be sure to join the “Neighbors of Parade Route” page, answer the questions, and stay connected for updates, questions, answers, and full details regarding parade day.

Today’s meeting was all about Pioneer Days prep — and we’re not done yet! Tonight at 6:00 PM we’ll be back at the Legion for LEGO Packing night. 🧱

All are welcome to join us! We’ll also be going over Pioneer Days details and sharing volunteer opportunities. We still need lots of helping hands to make this amazing community event happen!

Join us tomorrow at 1 or both meetings!

Our monthly Chamber Meeting has a new location for tomorrow, so make sure to head to the St. Francis American Legion.

Also, the final community Pioneer Days in the Park meeting is tomorrow evening at 6 p.m. We will be going through all things Pioneer Days, we will be packing donations of Legos for the Lego contest along with stuffing envelopes for residents along the parade route.

This Community Rocks! These are the people behind the scenes of Pioneer Days, our last official meeting before the event was today. A great collaboration between the City Staff, Public Works, Fire, Police, School and Chamber.
