As the founder of Bilan Organization and Bilan Consulting, Naima works tirelessly to promote equitable opportunities and foster community engagement among low-income and immigrant households. She is also an accomplished author, having published two bilingual English-Somali children's books in 2023, championing representation for bilingual students. Her remarkable journey, from arriving in the U.S. in 2017 to earning her Master's degree in Educational Administration and Leadership from St. Cloud State University in 2024, serves as a profound testament to resilience and purpose.
