🎗️June is National PTS Action Month

We’re done just “raising awareness.”
Everyone knows PTS exists.
👉The real question is: What are you doing to help the men and women who live with it every single day?

🆘 For our veterans, first responders, and their families, PTS isn’t a topic — it’s a battle. It’s the long nights, the heavy memories, the moments they fight through in silence. And silence is exactly what we refuse to accept.

· At The IGY6; Foundation, we believe action is the only path forward.
▶️ Action looks like showing up.
▶️ Action looks like listening without judgment.
▶️ Action looks like creating community, purpose, and real opportunities for healing.
▶️ Action looks like reminding our brothers and sisters: You are not alone, and we’ve got your six.

This month, we’re calling on our community — not to “be aware,” but to step up.
✅ Check in on someone.
✅ Invite them out.
✅ Share resources.
✅ Support organizations doing the work.
✅ Be the reason someone feels seen, supported, and valued.

PTS Action Month means we move. We help. We stand together.
Because talking about the problem isn’t enough — we’re here to be part of the solution.
