Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the extraordinary courage of the first responders who ran toward danger to help others.

We remember the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice, the loved ones they left behind, and every life forever changed by that day. 💔

Twenty-five years later, their courage, service, and sacrifice will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

A heartfelt thank you to the Osceola FD Benevolent for stopping by the Orlando VA Medical Center Fisher House today and preparing meals for the Veterans and families staying with us. ❤️

Robert Clark, Jeff Manganelli, Don Perry, Alessio Ceci, Troy Parker, Andrew Wargo, Maria Wargo, Steven Cardinal, and Amy Cardinal, who also serves Veterans as a nurse in the Orlando VA Emergency Department, generously gave their time to serve those who have served our nation.

Community partnerships and acts of kindness like this help make the Fisher House a true “home away from home” for Veterans and their loved ones during times when they need it most.

Thank you, Osceola FD Benevolent, for supporting Veterans and their families! 🚒
