- Continue our Garden Leadership program which promotes leadership from within the immigrant & gardening community.

It's Giving Tuesday!

We could use your help to continue to support the Maine Prairie Garden and the Kelly Garden and Orchard.

Over the last few years, our annual budget averages around $20,000. Your contributions cover 50% of this, with grants paying 30%,and plot fees, 20%. Your donations help families grow organic produce in a safe gathering space that many gardeners and families may not otherwise have.

Next Wednesday, July 19th, CMSP is having its annual fundraiser from 5-7 pm at the Beaver Island Brewing Company (on Division and 6th Ave). A portion of all proceeds from the sale of beverages will go to support the community gardens. This is a family friendly event; a variety of non-alcoholic drinks are available in addition to their fine beers.

So, please invite your friends and come socialize with us. No one will ask you for money -- all you need to do is have a beverage while there and you will have done your part to support the gardens. Hope to see you there!
