October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. It is a time to raise awareness, support survivors, remember those whose lives have been lost, and stand together for safer communities.

Help Now of Osceola, Inc and the Osceola County Domestic Violence Task Force are hosting two important community events this year:

🕯️ A Light That Remembers
Wednesday, October 28 at 6 PM
St. Cloud City Hall in Downtown St. Cloud

💜 Steps of Strength Rally, Walk & Candlelight Vigil
Thursday, October 29 at 6 PM
Osceola County Courthouse in Kissimmee

Members of the Rotary Club of St. Cloud will be attending the St. Cloud vigil in support of this important organization and the individuals and families it serves.

We invite our fellow Rotarians, friends, families, and neighbors to join us. Please share this announcement to help bring awareness, support survivors, and remind our community that no one should have to face domestic violence alone.

👓 Give Your Old Glasses a New Purpose! 💙💛

In recognition of World Sight Day on October 8, the Rotary Club of St. Cloud is collecting used eyeglasses throughout the month of October!

A pair of glasses you no longer need can help provide the gift of better vision to someone else. Any and all eyeglasses are welcome and will be refurbished for future use.

🤠🐂 Rotarians in Action at Boots, Bulls & Barrels! 💙💛

Members of the Rotary Club of St. Cloud were back at the Silver Spurs Arena this weekend for Boots, Bulls & Barrels, working together to support one of our club’s important fundraising efforts.

A big thank you to all of our Rotarians and their families who volunteered their time to help make the evening a success! Fundraisers like this are about much more than a night at the arena—the funds we raise help make it possible for our club to support service projects, local organizations, youth programs, scholarships, and other efforts that make a difference in our community and beyond.

It takes teamwork, dedication, and a willingness to serve to make these events successful. We’re grateful for every member who showed up, pitched in, and demonstrated what it means to put Service Above Self.

💙💛 Planning for Impact. Serving Our Community.

Thursday was a great example of the many ways members of the Rotary Club of St. Cloud are working together to strengthen our club and serve our community.

During our weekly meeting, members reviewed our Strategic Plan and discussed priorities that will help guide the club moving forward. Following the meeting, several of our Rotarians put Service Above Self into action by volunteering with St. Cloud Cares and supporting their work in our community.

And the service continues! On Saturday evening, our members were back at it for Boots, Bulls & Barrels at the Silver Spurs Arena , supporting one of our club’s important fundraising efforts.

From planning for the future to volunteering and fundraising, our members continue to demonstrate what it means to be People of Action. 💙💛
