Veteran Resource & Enrichment Center VREC provides a unique experience to Veterans & their family thru kind-hearted advocacy & Enrichment

Currently our focus is to engage and connect with all Veterans and their family, however, we really want to connect with Lady Veterans.
- Come join us for camaraderie and daily fun activities. VREC transition management will bridge the gap by walking the path with you to overcome the difficulties life throws at you to achieve an enriched life.
- Provide resources on lifestyle enhancements, well-b

eing, recovery, housing, jobs, veteran benefits, county/state/federal benefits, etc.
- Build positive programs to boost self-esteem, confidence, reduce anxiety, and empower Veterans and their family to enhance their lifestyle and assist in recovery.

At the ConnectAbility of MN break the barrier walk this morning a very loyal volunteer of theirs walked with the rucksack on his back carrying food for veterans. We were very happy and appreciative that the food will be donated to VREC. It was such a pleasure being part of this event a beautiful morning and lots of fun laughs. Thank you!

June is here and so is the monthly VREC Calendar....we also have more outside sitting where you can enjoy a bit of time outside with friends and family watching the Garden grow and transform. Pardon our mess inside until the construction on our new spaces wraps up. Time is too short so ... Take care of one another, keep those not with us in our thoughts and those not feeling well in our prayers.
