COME PADDLE WITH US! Cloud High School (SCHS).

We are a not-for profit organization started, staffed, and operated by the students of the Business Institute at St. We will be operating a leisure rental business at Ralph V. Chisholm Park slated to open in 2017. We will offer stand up paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas, concessions, along with some other retail offerings. By Land or Lake has ONE vision, which is “to give back to t

his great community we live in”. Hence our slogan “A True Community Business”. A major goal of our organization is to provide real world business experience for our Associates (students) as they operate and take ownership in the day-to-day operations of owning a business. One of the many ways we will give back to the community is by offering college/post-secondary scholarships to the Career and Technical Education students at SCHS. We will also provide much needed classroom materials and supplies for the teachers and students of SCHS as well as the local middle/elementary schools. Other ways of giving back to the community include beach clean-up, volunteering, and other community service opportunities that will help and support our local St. Cloud businesses and all of its stakeholders.
