About Our Speakers:
Michelle Meier is the Owner and Founder of Arbor Hair Studios, an organic hair salon in Waite Park, MN with a healthy and safe approach for hair styling. Since its founding in 2017, Arbor Hair Studio has been a 6 times finalist for the “Best of the Best” hair salons award in Central Minnesota. The Salon recently won Gold in “Best Hair Salons by Community Votes”. In 2020 and 2022, Michelle was a finalist for the “Changemaker Award. Then in 2022, Michelle received the “Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation Innovation Award”. Michelle also recently won the “Emerging Leaders under 40” award presented by St. Cloud Live.

Tanner Palm is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of generAI, which empowers E-Commerce companies to utilize effective video advertisements. Since its founding in 2022, Tanner led the development and launch of their inaugural marketplace product. Tanner has worked with clients like Lyft, Amazon, andTikTok. He is currently leading product development of their proprietary AI model. Tanner's variety of experiences range from startup operations and project management, to Fortune 500 supply chains before working at generAI.
