Serving families in Central Minnesota💚 Our vision is creating opportunities for every child to achieve excellence. Saint Germain St., St. Cloud, MN 56301.

Our mission is working together, creating a unique market-place, and to build self-esteem by providing children with trendy, stylish, and comfy clothing. We are mow taking donations of kids clothes for boys and girls sizes 0-14. We accept donations from 10am-6pm Monday through Friday at 1529 W. Please contact us before you drop off any donations. Families can be referred to our clothing program by a professional or organization to get clothing at no charge. Because of the generous community members and donors, we are able to offer this program to people in need. If you have any questions or no of someone that could use some help (children's clothes) please don't hesitate to reach out. Contact info below.

Our Children’s Boutique will be closed Friday, October 16, and open instead on Friday, October 30, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. We look forward to seeing you!

The Minnesota Cold Weather Rule runs from October 1 through April 30 and may protect eligible households from disconnection of their residential electric or natural gas service during the winter months.

⚠️ Protection is not automatic! Contact your utility company to request a Cold Weather Rule payment plan and make the agreed-upon payments.

• Ask about a Cold Weather Rule payment plan and Energy Assistance.
• Don’t ignore disconnection notices.

Tri-CAP Is Coming to Community Angels!

We’re excited to welcome Tri-CAP to Community Angels once a month, starting October 13 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.! Tri-CAP staff will be available to help individuals and families learn about and apply for the Rebuilding Lives Program.

🌱 What Is Rebuilding Lives?
Rebuilding Lives is a FREE program through Tri-CAP that supports individuals who have lost their primary source of income due to a major life change, such as divorce, separation, the death or disability of a spouse or partner, or the loss of public assistance.

Through one-on-one support and workshops, participants can receive help with:
Creating an employment plan
Exploring career, education, and life opportunities
Identifying personal strengths
Setting achievable goals
Building communication and life skills
Working toward greater self-sufficiency

📋 What Should You Bring?
If available, please bring a photo ID, Social Security card, and any documents related to your household income or life circumstances. Don’t worry if you’re unsure what you need! Tri-CAP staff can help you determine which documents are necessary to complete your application.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: CASE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT 💚

Are you passionate about helping individuals and families navigate challenges and connect with the resources they need?

Community Angels Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Volunteer Case Manager to provide support to individuals and families experiencing housing instability and other life circumstances.

As a Volunteer Case Manager, you’ll help individuals and families:
🏠 Navigate housing resources and opportunities
🤝 Connect with community programs and services that provide whole-person support
💚 Identify resources to help meet basic needs
🎯 Develop personal goals and action plans
📋 Navigate systems and connect with helpful community resources
📍 Location: Community Angels Advocacy & Resource Hub, Northeast St. Cloud/Benton County
⏰ Commitment: Flexible, approximately 8 hours per week
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Population Served: Individuals and families experiencing housing instability and other life circumstances

We welcome volunteers from diverse backgrounds and experiences who are ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Community Angels Inc. currently has 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 for individuals seeking a safe and supportive place to begin their next chapter.

Our transitional housing program provides a supportive environment designed to help residents work toward 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴.

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
Applicants must be referred by an agency or organization that is currently providing or has been providing case management services to them. This referral requirement helps us coordinate services, understand the individual’s needs, and provide appropriate support throughout their transition. Today marks the beginning of a month dedicated to raising awareness, sharing resources, honoring victim-survivors, and reminding our communities that everyone deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported.

Domestic violence can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstances. By educating ourselves, recognizing the signs, speaking up, and supporting those impacted, we can help create safer communities and break the cycle of abuse.

At Community Angels, we believe no one should have to navigate these experiences alone. We are here to offer support, connect individuals and families with resources, and help build a path toward safety and brighter futures.

This October, let's stand together, raise awareness, and remind vicitm-survivors that they are seen, they are heard, and they are not alone. 💜
