PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

On November 3, we encourage everyone to support Amendment 3 to increase the Homestead Property Tax exemption from $50,000 to $250,000.

Local governments, especially in Osceola County have repeatedly mismanaged taxpayers hard earned money and it’s time to put YOUR money back in YOUR pockets and stop wasteful government spending on pet-projects like NeoCity which has wasted over $450 Million of YOUR tax dollars over 12 years with less than 300 jobs created.

Yes, elected officials will have to make some hard decisions but there is enough funding for public safety and CORE services.

Remember VOTE YES on Amendment 3.

🚧 ANOTHER MAJOR ROAD PROJECT IS UNDERWAY IN OSCEOLA COUNTY! 🚧

Ground has been broken on the Cross Prairie Parkway Connector to the new Nolte Turnpike Interchange, with the road expected to open in 2028! 🛣️

The goal? Help ease traffic congestion as our community continues to grow.

But with more roads, new developments, and thousands of new residents coming to the area, one BIG question remains… 👀
