What a finish!

After a 0-0 tie against Chicago Edge GU18 Premier XI in the N1 U19 Girls Red Performance semifinal on October 14, it all came down to a shootout!

Incredible shots, unbelievable saves, and a big win for Forge! Check out some of the highlights from this exciting finish!

After a game or training session:

💧 Rehydrate
🍽️ Eat a balanced meal or snack
🧘 Take a few minutes to stretch and cool down
😴 Prioritize sleep

More isn’t always better. Strong players also learn how to recover.
