It was the Paint Madison County event today sponsored by Madison County Chamber of Commerce. 25 artists of various ages came over to our corner of the county to re-create our points of interest and beauty. We hosted Mark at the Gateway today. Watch for more information on FB about selected winners. They are all winners to us- how could they not be considering the content.

🎨 Paint Madison County is tomorrow!
Our artists have received their painting locations and will be out across Madison County from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM capturing the beauty of our communities, landscapes, and landmarks on canvas.
If you see an artist at work, stop by and watch the creative process unfold!
Then join us at Covered Bridges Winery from 3:00–6:00 PM for the Artist Reception & Sale, where you'll have the opportunity to view and purchase original works created that very day.
Come celebrate local art and the beauty of Madison County! 🖼️✨

On Saturday, June 13th, the Pink Tractor Foundation, a local non-profit helping local families fighting any and all types of cancer, will be hosting their Country Carnival. It is their major fundraising event of the year and they are in need of volunteers to cover the Carnival games. There are 2 shifts - each is about 1.5 hours, so it’s not too long! The Gateway Tourism Board booked some studio time with the incredibly gifted and gracious Susan Fitzpatrick Cornelison and her trusty sidekick Laura Beeler and just look what magic happened.
