🌿 Yard Waste Pickup: Are You Doing It Right? 🌿
Hey Meadows neighbors! Want to make sure your yard waste actually gets collected on pickup day? Here's a quick cheat sheet:
✅ Small stuff (leaves, grass, twigs) — bag, bundle, or bin it. Max 32 gallons / 50 lbs. ✅ Branches & shrubs — stack neatly, parallel to the curb. Max 6 ft. / 50 lbs. ✅ Palm fronds — stack in neat piles, fan end facing away from the curb. ⏰ Everything must be curbside by 6 a.m. on your collection day!
❌ These items will NOT be collected as yard waste: Tires • Whole trees • Land clearing debris • Fencing • Landscape timbers • Garden hoses • Planters • Flowerpots • Yard decorations
🛋️ Large bulky items (furniture, mattresses, etc.)? Place them next to your regular garbage at the curb. To recycle appliances, call (904) 827-6980.
