🌍 What if $1 could save a child's life?

Right now, children in Burkina Faso, Ghana, CΓ΄te d'Ivoire, and Tanzania are dying from preventable causes β€” malaria, malnutrition, lack of clean water. Things we take for granted every day.

Millions For Missions is on a mission to change that β€” and we need 1 million people to give just $1 a month to make it happen.

That's less than a cup of coffee. But for a child without shelter, food, or medical care? It's everything.

Why Be One In a Million?
We will fight for the children and together we will make a difference!
Read below this information gives a picture of why children desperately need you now!

In rural Tanzania, millions of children face a daily struggle for survival due to a severe lack of basic necessities like clean water, nutrition, safe shelter, and medical care. According to reports from The African Report on Child Wellbeing, approximately 63% of Tanzanian children (around 20 million) live in multidimensional poverty, meaning they are deprived of at least three basic human needs.

Here is a breakdown of how the lack of necessities directly impacts children in rural communities:

πŸ’§ Unsafe Water and SanitationCritical Sanitation Deprivation: Only 8.3% of the rural population has access to a standard sanitation facility.High Contamination Risk: Up to 42.7% of people rely on completely unsafe water sources, often sharing open surface water with wild and domestic animals.

The Burden of Fetching Water: Children are primarily responsible for walking miles to gather water. Research highlighted by OOSA Academy shows that carrying heavy water loads over long distances causes severe physical ailments in young girls, including spinal disorders and cervical compression.

🍲 Chronic Malnutrition and StuntingDevelopmental Stunting: Around 34% of children under five suffer from chronic malnutrition, leading to permanent physical and cognitive stunting.Nutrient-Deficient Diets: Rural families rely heavily on cheap, starchy staples like cassava and potatoes, which lack the essential micro-nutrients children need to grow.Severe Wasting: In the poorest pockets and refugee settlements, humanitarian organizations treat thousands of children annually for severe wasting and nutritional edema.

Now you are learning why what will you do?
