Sometimes all we need is a moment of stillness.

Nature reminds us: nothing stays still.
Strength comes from how we adapt.

Sharing this gentle reflection with our Hard’ack community as the year begins✨

Not every new year needs pressure, resolutions, or “do more.”
Some years begin with gratitude… reflection… honesty… and grace.

We’re sharing our Grace Trail® Gratitude Journal as a gift — a way to ground yourself, set intentions, and gently step into the year ahead.

Sometimes the holidays can feel a little louder than our hearts are ready for ❤️

We loved this Grace Trail message about “Jingle Bell Syndrome” and how the Grace Trail steps can help bring us back to steadiness, gratitude, and hope.

If you need a gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and take care of yourself this season✨

A grounding Grace Trail moment. These days move fast — a pause helps us reconnect. Give it a try🤍

Thanksgiving looks different for everyone.

Some tables are full. Some are quiet. Some change year to year — and that’s okay. That’s life evolving.

No matter what your day looks like, you can still take a small Grace Trail moment. 🌎

Try asking yourself, or the people around you: “What am I grateful for?”

It doesn’t have to be deep or polished. It can be noticing a warm drink, a safe place to rest, a breath of fresh air, or simply making it to this moment.

If you’re gathering with others, feel free to use the invitation on this post. If you’re spending today on your own, this question still counts. Gratitude is for everyone. 🤍

What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? Share if you feel like it.

A simple question can shift the whole moment. Try it. Even asking yourself is a powerful place to start.🌱

Welcome to the Hard’ack Grace Trail 📍🌎🤍

This trail is part of the growing Grace Trail® movement — nature Trails that invite reflection, hope, gratitude, and resilience, one step at a time.

Located at Hard'Ack Recreation Area & City Forest (Aldis Hill Trails) in St. Albans, Vermont, this space was created through the vision and dedication of the Hard’ack Grace Trailblazers Tracy Lavallee & Trudy Cioffi — a community committed to creating a place for reflection, connection, and healing.

We are deeply grateful to the City of Saint Albans and the many local hands and hearts who helped bring this vision to life. 🌱

This page will serve as a home for all things Grace Trail here in St. Albans — a place to share reflections, photos, inspiration, and stories from your walks. It’s a safe, welcoming space for community connection and gratitude.

📍 Below is your trail map, guiding you through the five questions of Grace:
G – What am I Grateful for?
R – What do I need to Release?
A – What do I need to Accept?
C – What is my next Challenge?
E – What can I Embrace as possible?

Each step offers an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and rediscover hope.

And remember — the answers await your arrival on The Trail 💫

With gratitude,
The Hard’ack Grace Trailblazers & Grace Trail® Team
