Business Spotlight:
Smuggler’s Notch Resort is America’s #1 Family Resort. Winter sports are an integral part of Vermont’s culture and economy, and provide an excellent opportunity for Vermonters to get seasonal employment with some awesome perks! But not all positions at Smugg’s are seasonal, and the potential for year round employment exists as well. With current openings in hospitality, attending the lifts, food service, ski and snowboard instruction, maintenance, childcare, management, lifeguarding, and more, Smugg’s has something for everyone.
Some perks of working at Smugg’s include: Free Winter Passes to all employees who work more than 16 hours a week (giving you access to skiing/riding, pools, and hot tubes), Free equipment rentals, discounts on clothing and equipment purchases, Family and friend vouchers, resort discounts, and more!
Don’t have a car? Smuggler’s Notch is located near the Jefferson Commuter Green Mountain Transit bus route, and there is a shuttle from the bus drop off point to the resort.
Much of the work at Smugg’s is physically engaging and fast paced. If you enjoy being around people, providing excellent customer service, and incorporating your passion for fun and activeness into your work, make sure you stop by the Smuggler’s Notch table at the Expo!
