POWER OUTAGE UPDATE

Update at 9:10am -- power is restored! Have a great day!

Update at 8:25am -- they are now saying power will be restored at 9:15am.

When I checked at 2am, AEP said most of St Albans and Nitro were off, and they were supposed to come back on at 730am.

Now it says just a small area is still off, and it's supposed to be back on at 830am. I will keep you posted if I get any new information!

To all my wonderful friends and neighbors, I want to say THANK YOU! After two weeks of suspense, the recount of the Ward 1 election was today. My opponent and I were separated by ONLY ONE VOTE throughout every step of the election. Today, the recount showed that I lost by that one vote, so I would like to congratulate Mr. Keiffer on his victory.

I would also like to say that I am very proud of the campaign that I ran. I had never run for office before, and I feel that I have learned a lot from the entire process.

I will continue to help Ward 1, and the entire city of St. Albans in every way that I can. This page will remain up for anyone to be able to contact me if they need help. The only way St. Albans is going to continue to grow and succeed is if we all work together.

Thank you for all your support and I look forward to serving you in the future!

Wow! All I can say is how exciting yesterday was, seeing my name on the ballot. But then, you all surprised me even more! Thank you so much for the overwhelming support!!!

I was told we won't have the final results for a few days since it was so close!

At one point, I was up by one vote. Now after the final count, my opponent is up for one vote.

Regardless of how this election turns out, I will continue to help this wonderful city in any way I can!

Good evening! I hope everyone is still doing well as we slowly get back to normalcy.

I would like to ask everyone to please remember our seniors at Riverview Tower during this pandemic. I created a pantry for them to be able to distribute to the residents in need, and go shopping for them every week.
I am still accepting donations for this pantry.

I put a list of pantry items needed in the photos.

Any non-perishable items can be left on my porch (please message me for the address). I can pick up perishable items if you message me your address.

If anyone else is in need of food, please message me and I will do my best to get it to you and I will keep it anonymous.
