On February 23, the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) proposed a new rule, “Circumvention of Legal Pathways”. Under this proposed rule, migrants who ask for asylum at our southern border are assumed to be ineligible for asylum based on how they enter the country or whether they have traveled through another country on the way to the United States.

We urge you carefully read the instructions using the link below and submit a comment to express your opposition to this harmful rule!
