📚: Pete the Cat & the Perfect Pizza Party

🍕 Day 5 of staff appreciation week was pizza Friday! Partnering with Toledo Catering to serve up some delicious pizza and salad!

Thank you to everyone that donated to help us celebrate our teachers and staff! This wouldn’t be possible without our amazing parents and volunteers!

Our school wouldn’t be as clean and tidy if we didn’t have such an amazing custodial crew! Every May Anza PTO fills their fridge with Gatorade to help get them through the summer! They work so hard for our school in the summer and it’s the least we can do to keep them hydrated!

Kicking off Day 1 of Staff Appreciation week…
📚: Where The Wild Things Are

In order to avoid the Wild Rumpus of Monday we kicked off the week with a POPCORN BAR!
Grab a popcorn bucket, load it up with your favorite toppings and have a snack to keep you from losing your emotions on this Monday!

Day 2 of Staff Appreciation Week
📕 📚: DRAGONS LOVE TACOS

Taco Tuesday and Cinco de Mayo…you could really only go with one theme! Partnering with Toledo Catering to serve up some authentic tacos and beans, and wash that down with a custom made mocktail in a new teacher themed tumbler!

Day 3 of staff appreciation:
📕: BARNYARD DANCE

We brought in our favorite cow and served up some Chicken Mini’s and Starbucks coffee! It was a huge hit! Thank you to Chick-fil-A I 19 & Irvington and Starbucks I19/Duval Mine Rd for your generous donations!!

If you give a teacher a cookie… That means you appreciate them!

Day four of staff appreciation was “sweet treats“ and we did not disappoint! Partnering up with Dough Dealer Bakery and some amazing parents that donated we were able to satisfy every sweet tooth at The Trail!

Onto Day 5 tomorrow….

Calling All Bakers!
What's your go to cookie/sweet treat recipe? We are planning a Sweet Treats day for our teachers on Thursday 5/7! We would LOVE to have a table full of homemade goodies for them to get through a busy day!
Chocolate Chip? Snickerdoodle? Brownies? Muffins?
Maybe your favorite go to is that $4.99 pack of M&M cookies at Frys! Whatever it is let's share some with our teachers and staff!!
