Saguache Works consists of the Saguache Welcome Center, our endlessly fun thrift store, the 4th Street Food Store, Beebop exercise studios and the Home Grown Totes Fibre Arts Project.

The Saguache Works 4th Street Food Store has more local products that just came in!

Evergreen Apiary delivered a batch of limited edition Dandelion Honey from Saguache! We also got in more fresh asparagus from RSF farms in Pueblo, including purple asparagus! We have organic spinach from Alamosa and another variety from Salida! Fresh green onions from an RSF farm in Pueblo, too and are only $0.99 per bunch! Tumbleweed bread brought us a fresh delivery of Mountain Mama bread and cookies. Fresh baked goods from Worth the Drive Bakery also came in this week!

Today is Sale Saturday in the Saguache Works Blue Earth Thrift Store, too, where most items are 50% off all day long!

Open SIX days per week, from 10 am to 5 pm, closed on Tuesdays.

The Saguache Works 4th Street Food Store has been busy restocking favorites! Beverages, ice cream, chocolate bars are restocked and ready to go! We have a couple of new items in our freezer case, too, for healthy meals that are quick to prepare after a busy day!

We are continuing to stock and sell local produce items including Colorado asparagus, radishes, cucumbers and greens. They are all either organic or grown on regenerative soil farms using organic practices.

Fresh bakery items are also being delivered weekly. We have Mountain Mama bread from Tumbleweed bakery in Monte Vista and we got in some more items from Worth the Drive bakery including fried pies, cookies, and roll cakes.

We still have some tomato plants and Anaheim pepper plants, too!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

The Saguache Works 4th Street Food Store just restocked Gosar sausages, in many flavors, which are great for the grill this holiday weekend! Both pork and chicken options available!

We got in more fresh Asparagus from an RSF in Pueblo, which also goes great on the grill or as a side! For your veggie tray, we have fresh RSF green onions and cerified organic radishes from Pueblo! We also have fresh slicing cucumbers from an RSF in Monte Vista!

We just got in TOMATO PLANTS from Archaic Orchard in Crestone, too!

If you are out enjoying the parade and festivities on Sunday and need a cold beverage or snack, we have plenty of "grab and go" options including Worth the Drive Bakery fried pies, healthy nuts, seeds and dried fruit, chocolate, Tumbleweed cookies, meat sticks, seaweed snacks, ice cream, and more! Spoons available, too (just ask!)

Happy Saturday! Today is Sale Saturday in the Saguache Works Blue Earth Thrift Store where most items are 50% off all day long!

The Saguache Works 4th Street Food Store is continuing to get in fresh Colorado Spring produce, too. We have Organic Easter Egg Radishes, RSF Asparagus and RSF green onions, all from Pueblo. Mushrooms from Alpine Valley Mushrooms are hand delivered to us, too.

Also from Colorado are Big B's organic juice and lemonade, as well as Drams's botantical sparkling water and Dr. D's probiotic sodas!

We've been getting weekly deliveries for fresh bread from Tumbleweed bakeries, including this week's feature flavor of Ute Corn Andadama Sourdough. We also carry cheese from Colorado's Rocking W dairy and Springside cheese in many flavors.

The Saguache Works retail stores (4th Street Food Store and Blue Earth Thrift) are OPEN today, Wednesday, May 13, 2026. We added Wednesdays to our weekly schedule of days we are open through the summer. We'll reassess at the end of the season to determine if we will have any changes for the winter season.

The Saguache Works 4th Street Food Store got in some fresh asparagus and green onions from RSF farms in Pueblo! We also got fresh Alpine Valley Mushrooms, Tumbleweed Bread, including their feature flavor this week of "Everything Sourdough." We also got a fresh delivery of Worth the Drive Bakery baked goods including roll cakes in several flavors, cookies, cherry fried pies, cinnamon rolls, and carrot cakes!

Shelves are stocked with more local and healthy foods, too!

Tomorrow is "Sale Saturday" in the Blue Earth Thrift Store where most items are 50% off all day long!

Good news! Starting next week, Wednesday, May 13, 2026, the Saguache Works retail stores will be open SIX days per week for the summer season. We will be open every day, except Tuesdays.

The Saguache Works 4th Street Food Store has restocked some favorites this week and added a few new items, as well. While we wait for the new harvest of Evergreen Apiaries honey, we have some "bakery grade" honey from Evergreen Apiaries for sale. The flavor is a little stronger and we have an open jar for sampling if you want to try before you buy. We've been told that they are bringing us fresh bee pollen today, too, which many find beneficial during allergy season!

We also got in some elderberry cream honey from Pueblo and are stocked on jams, too. These are perfect to put on toast or bread, and we also got in some fresh Tumbleweed Bread this week. We restocked some Worth the Drive baked goods, as well, which are going fast.

More fresh Asparagus from Millberger farms in Pueblo came in, too. Millberger is a regenerative soil farm in Colorado.

The Saguache Works 4th Street Food Store has more fresh Asparagus from Millberger Farm (a Regenerative Soil Farm) in Pueblo, Colorado! Thick, tender spears go great as a side dish, served with eggs or made into your favorite asparagus dish or soup. It is one of the first vegetables in the spring and we love to offer it while it's in-season!

The Food Store also got in more fresh mushrooms from Alpine Valley Mushrooms, as well as fresh bread and cookies from Tumbleweed bakery!

The BIG winter sale is has been extended and is still going on at the Saguache Works Blue Earth Thrift Store! Racks and baskets of winter clothing are 50% every day while the sale continues!

Today is Sale Saturday at the thrift store, which means most items are 50% off all day long!

The Saguache Works 4th Street Food store got in more FRESH ASPARAGUS from a regenerative soil farm in Pueblo, Colorado (Millberger Farms). Large tender spears of aspargus is in-season now! Carrots are from Colorado Fresh Farms, an RSF farm in Monte Vista!

The 4th Street Food store also got in fresh mushrooms from Alpine Valley Mushrooms, baked goods from Worth the Drive Bakery and Tumbleweed Bakery, both in Monte Vista, Colorado.

Saguache Works 4th Street Food Store has fresh Colorado ASPARAGUS from a regenerative soil farm in Pueblo, Colorado! First of the season produce is starting!

The 4th Street Food Store carries lots of local products and also received a delivery of fresh Tumbleweed Bread! We sell Drams botantical sparkling water from Salida and Dr. D's probiotic sodas from Loveland. Fresh mushrooms from Alpine Valley Mushrooms were also delivered to us this week, from the space where they grow mushrooms in our same building!

The Winter Sale is still going on in the Saguache Works Blue Earth Thrift Store where select racks and baskets of clothing are 50% off every day, through Monday. We are making room for spring and summer items!
