Foster Grandparent Program of Saginaw, Bay and Midland Counties The Foster Grandparent program pairs senior volunteers with young students of the area and allows the senior to nurture and mentor youth within the classroom.

Under the teacher’s guidance, the grandparents work to help students reach their full potential.
