Camp Branch-Saginaw Civic Center The Civic Center is located at the corner of Hwy 31 & Hwy 26. Right behind Automart South. Formally a school building, converted to a community center.

Will hold aprox 300. Central Heat and Air Conditioning
A stage on one end. Utility Kitchen. ( refrigerator, sink, microwave)
2 handicap accessible bathrooms. (12) 6ft long tables and (16) 4ft long tables are available to use for your event and plenty of chairs. Plenty of parking. Drop the application and your $200.00 cash deposit in the mail slot in the front door, please text 205-901-2945 when

All money is cash only !
$200.00 refundable deposit for a security deposit. Your deposit will be refunded if everything is left as you found it. The rent is $50.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum. Someone will meet you there 30 minutes before your time begins to unlock the door and go over everything. Bring your rent money, (cash only). Recap of Rules:
No alcoholic beverages, no smoking, no live bands., no gum. Return tables and chairs to original locations, dispose of your own garbage, bring your paper towels, toilet tissue and garbage bags. Sweep up after your event. DO NOT STAPLE, TAPE NAIL OR SPRAY ANYTHING TO OR ON THE WALLS, FLOOR or CEILING!!!!!!! THERE ARE HOOKS SPACED IN THE COLUMNS THAT YOU CAN HANG STREAMERS OR LIGHTS TO. Put all tables and chairs back in their original positions. Take a picture to help you remember. There is no 220 electricity!!!!!!!! When your event is over leave everything as you found it, Turn off the lights, the fans & close the bathroom doors, Padlock the door as you leave and take your trash with you. . Thank You
