Three people are leading some of MiHIA's most hands-on work in Saginaw.

Jeffrey Bulls, a lifelong Saginaw resident, directs Resilient Roots, an environmental justice program that builds toward community improvement projects for better environmental and health outcomes in Saginaw. Denita Dorsey, born in Saginaw, directs Healthy Community Zones, focused on nutritious food, physical activity, breastfeeding, and neighbors connecting with each other. Imani Clark directs the Climate Crew Collective, which uses environmental science and storytelling to build leadership among young adults in Saginaw.

All three work with MiHIA in partnership with Saginaw CAP. Thank you, Jeffrey, Denita, and Imani.

Today is the last day to register online or by mail to vote in the November 3 election. After today, you will have to register in person at your clerk's office.

If you are not registered, please go to www.michigan.gov/vote and register TODAY!!! We need your voice. We need your vote.
