Garber Courts - Urban Racquet Sports Foundation

Garber Courts - Urban Racquet Sports Foundation Mission: Mentoring youth & reaching adults with tennis & pickleball at Garber Courts & other venues.

Our mission: Reach and mentor urban youth using tennis and pickleball as a tool to teach character qualities; promote reading, nutrition, and a healthy life-long sport; provide competition opportunities, with love and encouragement for future aspirations. We are a professional, volunteer-based, charitable nonprofit organization reaching and teaching children since 2006. Through nationally recogniz

ed instructional methods, and SafePlay certification, we use developmental tennis as a mission tool to mentor youth and provide guidance. Through structured after school and summer programs, our mission is to help fight crime, drug abuse and violence, and start youth on the track to a better life. Members: USTA-Community Tennis Association & National Junior Tennis & Learning Chapters and USA Pickleball Association. We lease, operate, and maintain Garber Courts, hosting tennis and pickleball tournaments, mixers, leagues to help create revenue sustainability for our youth teaching and mentoring programs, which include STEM learning.
