🦖 The Summer Reading Club begins June 10, and the Saginaw Library Boosters Club will be there with some fun fundraising opportunities!

Stop by our table to shop for:
👕 Youth T-Shirts
📚 Hidden Treasures

What are Hidden Treasures? They're wrapped or bagged selections chosen based on clues. You won't know exactly what's inside until you open them! Prices range from $5–$20 depending on the contents. Most books included are former library materials or donated items in gently used condition.

Our pop-up shop will be open from 10am-12pm on the 10th. Cash and cards accepted!

Every purchase helps support library programs and activities throughout the year.

🚨NEW PROGRAM ALERT!!🚨

The Boosters are sponsoring a fun new watercolor class for adults.

Space is limited to 12 people & it is filling up fast -- you can sign up at the library front desk or give them a call.

⏰⏰⏰⏰⏰
Please be on time - this gives everyone time to come and get settled before we start the class. We will start right at 10am and don't want anyone to miss anything.

Beginner friendly but all abilities are welcome!!
Supplies will be provided to follow along with the class - you are welcome to bring your own though it may not match with the class.

Just the day after our AMAZING book and bake sale, we get to celebrate National Library Week!!

In celebration of National Library Week, ALA President Sam Helmick writes:

"Joy can be a quiet thing.

"Joy is the child who discovers their first favorite book and insists on reading it again right there on the library floor. Joy is the job seeker who finally finds the right words for a résumé. Joy is the new parent who finds community in a storytime circle, or the neighbor who walks through our doors not because they need something specific, but because they need somewhere to belong.

"This National Library Week, we are invited to 'Find Your Joy.' The joy found in libraries isn’t incidental. Library joy is built intentionally, collectively, and often against the odds."
