Richard’s Music including Pat have been a staple of downtown for decades.

Thanks to everyone for your outpouring of love and support for Dave Murphy and his family on the passing of Patrick. Patrick worked in the family business for much of his adult life, and owned Richards Music for a decade, prior to purchasing Safford Bowl. His influence on the music and business community in the Gila Valley will always be remembered and revered.

Cade and Lacey Bryce have officially closed on the purchase of Ginaveve’s Market Place & Main Street Bean, located at 401 W. Main Street, purchasing the historic building and business from founders John and Jenny Howard.

Thank you for your investment and welcome back! (Although you have been here for 120 years). We are at 19 and counting major renovations in Downtown Safford in the last 24 months. A major new sports bar restaurant is underway as well as a 16M development to be announced soon.

Located at 618 S. 5th Ave in Downtown Safford, The Magdalena has been around since the early 1900s. We have a lot of work to do to bring her back. Thank you for following her revival story!
