Interesting ideas little long winded but here is the gist.

Treat magic club like a business networking group.

1) Have new member ambassadors
2) invite new members and reward ones that bring new people
3) Cut the meeting crap. Keep business side short and sweet
4) have schedule of activities
5) encourage members perform
6) police member attitudes. Warning if behavior is still bad ask them to leave.

Thoughts? Volunteers?

Took almost 2 years we finally had a Broken Wand Ceremony for Windy Douton. I presented a broken balloon ceremony as Windy was well known as a balloon artist.

The bird is actually Windy’s blue bird.
