Just a Reminder!

The Country Villas of Safety Harbor HOA will be holding the Annual HOA Board meeting on January 23rd, 2024, at 7pm in the rear banquet room of Jack Willie’s Bar, Grill & Tiki. Jack Willie’s is located at 1013 St. Petersburg Dr., Oldsmar, FL 34677. This meeting is mandatory for all HOA Board members. At this meeting, a new Board will be elected, including President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Communications Officers. The current Board has served since 2018, and we look forward to new members and ideas. Please encourage all your neighbors to attend! Appetizers provided.

Good evening residents. One of our neighbors on Meadowcross has a pet parrot that got out, and they need our help finding him. If you see him, please do not approach him, kindly call 813-616-9211. Please keep an eye out for him in the trees and backyards.

Good evening. Our website www.countryvillas.org is back up and running. There was a miscommunication regarding our annual invoice, which has since been cleared up. Someone vandalized the Christmas lights at the front. They cut the lights on the trees. One entire side is out now. Very disappointing 😞

Good morning! The HOA received a message this morning that a car on Meadowcross was broken into. If you have any information about this incident, please submit your information to the HOA via FB Messenger and I will pass the information on to the victim. In the meantime, please be sure to lock your vehicles at night and keep an eye out for any suspicious activity. Thank you and stay safe.
