As our first artist to send in her application, she earned herself a well-deserved free drink at The Pub at Safety Harbor and let’s just say things escalated from there 😂 (Next year, this could be you)! 🥃

MEET ONE OF OUR JUDGES

Megan Willoughby is a returning judge for Safety Harbor’s Bloom N Chalk Fest and a proud longtime resident of the community since 1999. A graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, Megan brings both trained artistry and a deep love for creative expression to everything she does.

With a passion for color, connection, and bringing a little extra sunshine into people’s lives, she believes creativity is where people truly thrive. Megan is best known for her marine-inspired work and her specialty in Gyotaku, the traditional Japanese art of fish printing.

Locally, her art is found at Backwater provisions, Water Oak Grill, Animal Associates and Marker 39.

Whether through art, community, or conversation, she’s always looking for ways to make life a little more vibrant.

Thank you to Harbor Dish for providing breakfast and Lunch for the artist on Saturday. Lunch was served by Mobile Deli and Sandwich on Main. And Last to Southern Fresh for providing dinner to all the artist on Saturday night!
