Our Pastor, Kathy Corley, passed away unexpectedly last Tuesday. She will be missed dearly. She was a force to be reckoned with who loved the Sadler community and wanted desperately to reach unbelievers. She loved the children who came to church on Wednesday night and they know she did. She was generous and had a vision for the community. We will carry on as we grieve our loss but rejoice that she is with her Lord and Savior.

Today's Sermon started a series on the book of Job. I decided to take Job as a real person that lived after Abraham and was his descendent. That Satan came from the Hebrew word sav-tan (adversary).

Read about Job's friends that came to sympathize with him. What did they get right and what did they get wrong? Hint the wrong part is after they opened their mouths.

Next week we will look into the Friends!

For many people this study of the being known as 'Satan' will be a real eye-opener. Our purpose here is to learn the facts, as the Scriptures reveal them.
