Neighbors Lend a Hand An outreach program aimed at assisting neighbors who are experiencing financial, medical or other hardships.

This page promotes projects organized, funded and completed by regular people who have a passion for helping others. We care very much for causes related to children in crises placement, kids in foster care, and the foster families who give of themselves to offer a safe and caring home for kids in the worst times of their young lives. We also plan projects for Sacramento neighbors in need to bring

communities together and spread a positive spirit. We have done numerous collaborative projects with the South Oak Park Neighborhood Association and the Rancho Murieta community. All projects are the brain-child of one organizer who often bites off more than she can chew, but through the kindness and generosity of local business partners, friends, neighbors and a lot of hard work and sweat, somehow they all get done much bigger than we could ever have dreamed!
