🎉 Only 4 days left! 🎉 The countdown is officially on for the 4th Annual Health Fair hosted by First Step Communities & River District! Join us THIS Friday, May 22 from
9 AM – 12 noon for a morning filled with health resources, wellness support, community connection, food, services, and so much more! 💚

From health screenings and mental health services to haircuts, nutrition education, crafts, lunch, and community resources — this is an event you do not want to miss!

This is more than a health fair… it’s a day of hope, healing, connection, and community. 💚

We’re bringing together organizations, healthcare professionals, advocates, and neighbors to provide FREE resources and support for individuals and families in our community, including:

✨ Health screenings & physicals
✨ Blood pressure & diabetes screenings
✨ Mental health services
✨ Nutrition & wellness education
✨ Haircuts, showers & hygiene resources
✨ Vet care
✨ Crafts, self-care stations & community activities
✨ Lunch and more!

We believe every person deserves dignity, care, and the opportunity to thrive. Events like this are only possible because of compassionate supporters, sponsors, volunteers, and donors who believe in building a stronger Sacramento together.
